Stacey L. Schrager
Treasurer; Board of Directors

Stacey has worked to preserve, enhance and increase affordable housing for New York families for over twenty-five years.  She is currently the Director of Asset Management for the U.S. Department of Housing and Urban Development, responsible for managing the New York multifamily housing portfolio.  Immediately previously, Stacey was the Chief of Production for the Department where she was responsible for supervising the underwriting of over $1billion in multifamily mortgages.  Since joining the Department in 1987 as a project manager, Stacey has served in a number of other roles, working to provide safe, decent and affordable housing to individuals and families.

Stacey graduated from the State University of New York at Oneonta with degrees in Business Economics and Psychology.  She has raised her children, Matthew, Michael and Stephanie in Ramsey, New Jersey where she has been active in her community as a leader in Boy Scouts and Girl Scouts and in fundraising for several local orphanages and school-building in Africa for underpriviledged children.
